Cliffnotes:
-my kids are crazy busy and love them for it... I MEAN this... I so enjoy my kids regardless of how busy they are!
-did my first Olympic tri... I came off the bike with a 6 minute lead on the girl on 4 th... course sucked... no volunteers = me not knowing which way to go, going the right way, second guessing myself, waiting for other girls to ask if they knew which way to go... went the wrong way, turned around again... sails totally deflated. Honestly I didn't even want to run the second loop of the run. It was so much work and effort, and I've never felt that before. I have an email from the race asking for my feedback and I am too ticked/exhausted from everything else to reply. finished in 2:38 ish and held on to fourth overall... haven't bothered to look on the offical results.
-summer= awesome... anyone complaining about heat/looking forward to fall need to be picked up and dropped into the middle of January
-widowed already... harvest!
-still teaching spin= love, love, love!
-recovering from road rash & bruises= had to crash my bike to stop from being run over by an a$$hole who ran a stop sign and then didn't even stop to see if i was ok... honestly one of the scariest moments of my live... I thanked God & came home and kissed and hugged my kids so much I woke them up from their sleep.
- i love my grandma Garton sooooo much! she is so amazing and I love her so much it hurts! I don't have to words... she is just the best and I cry when I think about how much I love her!
